The Academy of Cheese Level 1 Tasting Box is designed to introduce you to 12 of the 25 cheeses which are on the Level One (Associate) course. • Mimolette
• Crottin de Chavignol PDO
• Morbier PDO
• Single Gloucester PDO
• Roquefort PDO
• Colston Bassett PDO
• Aged Gouda
• Parmigiano Reggiano PDO
• Manchego PDO

**Sometimes due to supply issues we have to substitute a cheese but rest assured it will still be on the Level One list and it will be a similar style to the original cheese**

The Academy of Cheese is an impartial, not for profit organisation set up to promote cheese knowledge, cheese education and careers in cheese. There are four levels of accreditation available through the Academy, from an Associate all the way up to a Master of Cheese. Our very own cheesy guru, Jen, is one of the few people who are Fellows of the Academy.

The majority of our cheeses contain the following ingredients (Allergens are listed in capitals):

MILK, starter cultures, rennet, salt
