Orders for delivery in December must be placed by 8th December. After then we offer counter service only all the way to Christmas Eve.
Goats milk cheese has been made for thousands of years. Traditionally small farms had a few goats and sheep that were kept for their milk. A great way to preserve milk is to turn it into cheese and so farmers took up cheesemaking. Goats milk and cows milk share may similar properties however goats milk produces tarter flavours when turned into cheese.
We stock a variety of goats milk cheese, from hard to soft, from mild to strong, blue, smoked…there are many fabulous flavours to explore
