If you want something different with your cheese, I highly recommend The Fine Cheese Co. Fig & Honey Crackers. They always make my cheeseboard, bringing just enough sweetness and crunch.

They’re golden, with bits of fig throughout. I like that they’re thicker than typical crackers, so they keep their crunch and don’t crumble under soft cheese. They’re sturdy for oozy Brie and gentle enough for milder cheese.

Flavour Profile

The fig adds a fruity note, and the honey adds gentle sweetness without being too much. A hint of sea salt comes through, too. They pair with almost any cheese and always elevate the cheeseboard.

Cheese Pairing Ideas

1. They’re best with soft, creamy cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, or Délices des Crémiers. The cracker’s sweetness balances richness and adds texture.
2. They also pair well with aged sheep milk cheeses, such as Sardinian Pecorino or Spenwood. The fig and honey bring out nutty, sweet notes. If you mix up your cheeseboard, these are handy to have on hand.
