Kitchen Garden Ploughman’s Pickle is our version of a traditional vegetable pickle. This super rich pickle combines crunchy textures with tangy flavours. It is full of vegetables including carrots, swede, courgette, cauliflower and onion. These vegetables are slowly cooked and preserved. It is ideal with mature cheddars, strong cheeses such as Aged Gouda or with a hard smoked cheese like Devon Smoake.
Kitchen Garden are based in the Cotswolds. They specialise in small batch, handmade chutneys and preserves and only use high quality ingredients. They try to source as many of their ingredients from local supplies and no artificial preservatives, thickeners, colourings or emulsifiers are used in their products.
