This red waxed truckle is one of the Cheshire Cheese Company’s range. The base cheddar used for the cheese is rich and creamy, they then blend it with a mix of caramelised onions and rioja wine. The sweet notes of the onions are balanced perfectly with the slight acidity of the rioja. It is no surprise that this cheese is one of our best-selling waxed truckles. These cheeses also have a long shelf life, so they make ideal gifts for family and friends.
