Bath Squares are crisp, savoury butter biscuits which are delicious with cheese. Made by the Fine Cheese Co. Bath Squares were formerly sold as Bath Ovals®.
They take their inspiration from Dr William Oliver’s invention of Bath Olivers for his patients taking the waters at Bath around 1750. This newly shaped biscuit follows the same recipe as its original but it’s revised packaging means more crackers per pack.
