The Pang Cheese Tower is a show-stopping centrepiece for any celebration. Give your guests the wow factor as they enjoy the various cheeses on offer!
The Pang Cheese Tower is our largest ‘off the shelf’ tower. It consists of a minimum of 10.5kg of cheese and is suitable for 130-150 guests. The cheeses in the Pang Tower are Brie de Meaux PDO, Cornish Yarg, Colston Bassett Blue Stilton PDO, Smoked Gubbeen, Wigmore and a Valençay PDO. We can also swap out the Yarg for our Rutland Red or Duckett’s Caerphilly if you prefer!
We leave the decoration of our towers up to you or your florist so that you can style it to fit with your event. Grapes and figs are beautiful edible finishes, or you may decide on a more elaborate look.
Whether you are celebrating with a large group of people or planning an intimate gathering, a cheese tower makes a fantastic centrepiece. If our standard cheese towers aren’t quite what you’re looking for, we also offer bespoke cheese tastings which allows you to try the cheeses and build your own tower with the help of one of our cheesemongers. Get in touch with us if you would like to book an appointment for a tasting.
Due to the fact that the Brie de Meaux PDO is 36cm in diameter we cannot currently send the Pang Cheese Tower out by courier. You can purchase it for collection in store or if you are in our flexi delivery area we can deliver it to you ourselves. Just pop a message in the notes section at checkout to let us know when you want it.
