There is far more to Irish cheese than you might expect — and this box is a rather delicious way to discover some of it.

We’ll choose three of our favourite Irish cheeses from the counter, showcasing some of the brilliant cheesemaking taking place across Ireland.

The exact selection will vary depending on what we have available, but we’ll choose three cheeses that work beautifully together and give you a lovely mix of flavours, textures and styles.

We’ll also include a box of crackers and a jar of chutney, so you’ve got everything you need to turn your selection into a rather good cheeseboard.

The crackers and chutney won’t necessarily be Irish — sorry Ireland! — but we’ll choose them because they taste delicious with the cheeses, which is surely the important bit.

Whether you’re sending it as a gift, putting together an Irish cheeseboard or simply fancy letting us choose something new for you, we’ll make sure there’s something lovely inside.
