There is considerably more to Italian cheese than Parmigiano and Mozzarella — wonderful though both of those are!

We’ll choose three of our favourite Italian cheeses from the counter, giving you the chance to explore some of the enormous variety of cheese made across Italy.

Exactly what goes into your box will depend on what’s tasting particularly good, but we’ll choose three cheeses that work beautifully together and offer a mix of flavours, textures and styles.

We’ll also include a box of crackers and a jar of chutney to complete your cheeseboard.

No, the crackers and chutney won’t necessarily be Italian. We could pretend otherwise, but that wouldn’t be very us.

Whether you’re buying it for an Italian food lover, sending someone a delicious gift or simply want to explore a few more Italian cheeses yourself, we’ll do the choosing for you.

Jen’s note: Italy has an extraordinary number of cheeses, and some of the most interesting aren’t necessarily the famous ones. There’s always something else to discover.
