These lemon crackers are a smart addition to any cheeseboard. Crisp, gently rich from olive oil, with just enough citrus to lift fresh cheeses. Most importantly, they let the cheese shine as it should.
The Fine Cheese Co. Lemon, Sea Salt & Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers are a treat and always end up on my cheese board. They’re made to complement cheese, not overshadow it, and it shows in their balanced flavour. They add something extra without overpowering.
They look lovely; thin, golden, and lightly speckled, which signals crispness (and they are). There’s a clean crunch, never overpowering, so the cheese stands out. The olive oil adds gentle richness and a pleasant snap.
The defining feature of these crackers is their subtle citrus profile. Lemon juice brings gentle brightness instead of strong sourness. This touch lifts the flavour, giving the cracker freshness and a subtle aroma. The brightness is balanced by a restrained sprinkle of sea salt, which enhances the savoury notes in both cracker and cheese.
