Inspired by the classic Bath Oliver biscuit with a modern twist, the neat square shape looks smart and makes stacking cheese and chutney easy. There’s a lovely snap when you bite into a Bath Square. They’re light but sturdy, with a gentle, savoury, slightly toasty, and buttery flavour that never overshadows cheese. They work with just about anything you want to put on them.

Jen’s Note: Of course, Bath Squares aren’t just for cheese. They’re brilliant with a bit of prosciutto or salami, and I’m always tempted to add a dollop of fig jam or chutney. If you want to mix things up, try them with nuts, a few apple slices, or a few grapes. They’re a real all-rounder, whether you’re putting together a fancy platter or just nibbling at home.
