We offer free local cheese delivery with no minimum order with our flexi delivery service if you live in our neighbourhood*.

All we ask is that you place your order by 11pm on a Tuesday for delivery the same week. Select Flexi Local Delivery for this option.  In order to minimise our carbon footprint, we will work out when we are in your area and so can’t let you know when we’ll deliver your cheese and accompaniments, but if you’re out when we attempt to deliver we will let you know where we have left your goodies.

*Our neighbourhood covers the following postcodes: RG1, RG4 (5,7,8,9), RG7 (4,5,6,7), RG8, RG14, RG18, RG19, RG20 (8), RG30 and RG31.

If you live outside this area you can choose when and where you want your cheese delivery to be made. We deliver to most of the UK via an overnight courier or 1st class Royal Mail, dispatching orders on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, so deliveries are made Wednesday or Thursday. Delivery is charged at £5.95.

Unfortunately Highlands and off-shore Islands have a higher than standard delivery charge and may take longer than our normal overnight courier service to reach their destination.  Please call 0118 9843323 or email info@cheese-etc.co.uk so that we can provide you with a delivery price.  This affects the following postcodes. We do not send cheese Internationally.

At the checkout you can choose a delivery date to suit you, orders will be dispatched the day before your selected delivery date. We cannot guarantee a delivery time but as we are sending our chilled items it is best to select a delivery date when you will be available to receive your parcel. Each parcel contains ice to keep it chilled during transit, but you should refrigerate your cheese as soon as it arrives.

If it’s more convenient, you can choose to pick up your order from the us here in Pangbourne. Simply choose ‘collect from shop’ at the checkout and your order will be ready on the date you specify for you to nip in and pick up. Just don’t forget to come during opening hours! We ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you want to collect from us.
