We have wanted to create a cheese tasting notebook for ages but hadn’t managed to find a British company to help us turn our ideas into reality. We came across the Stamford Notebook Company and loved their dedication and attention to detail. The icing on the cake (or the rind on the cheese…) was the fact that the notebooks are printed using British made, sustainable resources.
