Courses

Our Academy of Cheese courses are run by cheesemonger Jen, who is usually found behind our cheese counter. Jen has a passion for cheese and loves nothing more than sharing her joy of cheese with others. She has completed her Level 3 with the Academy of Cheese and is also a Certified Cheese Professional with the American Cheese Society as well as being a Scholar of the Cheese State University, Wisconsin. Jen is an experienced judge at the World Cheese Awards, the International Cheese Awards and the Artisan Cheese Awards.

Jen also runs our cheese tasting sessions in Pangbourne and is an established public speaker. You can expect her training sessions to be full of enthusiasm, fun and laughter.
