Capricorn Baby is a little 100g bundle of goaty creaminess. It is a soft, creamy goats’ cheese made in Somerset from the milk of Anglo Nubian goats. The cheese itself is mild yet nutty. As the cheese matures it develops a stronger ‘goatier’ taste, but it is truly best enjoyed when younger.
Capricorn Baby is a soft little goats’ milk cheese. It is one of our milder goats’ cheeses but it still retains that classic goaty flavour. It is delicate and slightly velvety. The cheese is made at the Lubborn Creamery in Somerset. The creamery itself is situated in the valley of Cricket St Thomas and is surrounded by beautifully lush pastures.
For a perfect combination try pairing this cheese with a glass of crisp, dry rosé wine.
